SFA and SLA Charges

Service Families Accommodation (SFA) and Single Living Accommodation (SLA) Charges run from the April to April and are reviewed as part of the Pay Review.

Charges will vary according to type and grade.

Accommodation Charges from 1 April 09

Accommodation rental charges will increase on a graduated scale, from a 0% increase for Grade 4 accommodation up to a 3.7% increase for Grade 1 accommodation.

SFA Service Families Accommodation – Rental element increases will range from 3.7% for Grade 1 to zero for Grade 4. Added to the rental element are water and furniture charge increases which result in total accommodation charge increases ranging from 8 pence to 92 pence per day.

SLA Single Living Accommodation - The rental element increases will range from 3.7% for Grade 1 to zero for Grade 4.
Added to the rental element are utility charge increases which result in total accommodation charges ranging from 3 pence to 24 pence per day.

Garage charges - Charge will increase to £310.25 per year from 1 April 2009.

A new charges matrix for FY 10/11 will be provided as soon as it is available.
