What is a Condition Survey?
A Condition Surveys will eventually be carried out by MODern Housing Solutions (MHS) on all 45,000 Service Family Accommodation (SFA). It's purpose is to provide a comprehensive insight into the housing stock of SFA in England and Wales. It will provide, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), with key information which helps target requirements under the Strategic Facilities Plan (SFP) Upgrade Programmes.
Please do not misconstue a survey on your quarter as an indicator that new works are about to take place.
